4 months after the cafe launched the lounge launched.
Food menu created by the chef in house and many many meetings with them and the owner to discuss direction, intention, and execution.
Based in nostalgia, this concept was a blast to build.
The main point? Keep the base ideas common and approachable with some flavor combos that either aren’t as popular or may seem new. Build the trust of the guest with the structure of the menu while helping them expand and try new things with some fun ingredients.
