This adventure was a unique one. There was an established concept, team and vibe, yet something needed to change to move them into the green.

5 days of staff re-training

1 new food menu

1 new cocktail menu

2 weeks of marketing pivots

1 week of closed doors

The end result?

A restaurant that was more cohesive, more profitable, a more knowledgeable team with a fresh drive, yet still a concept that the clientele loved.
